Delete your account

Permanently delete your CalSage account and associated personal data.

Option A — In the app

1. Open CalSage and go to Profile → Delete account.
2. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Option B — Email support

Email hi@tirovex.com with subject Delete my CalSage account and the email address linked to your account.

What we delete

• Account profile (name, email, preferences, goals)
• Meal logs, weight history, streaks, and chat history
• Uploaded meal photos stored with your account

What may be kept

• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
• Records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons
• Backup copies for a limited time (usually up to 30 days on active systems)

Timeline

In-app deletion removes data from our active systems within about 30 days. Email requests are processed within 7 business days after we verify your account.

Cancel any active Google Play subscription before deleting your account. Deleting the account does not automatically refund past charges — manage billing in Google Play.
